A good attitude is the cornerstone of health, and many diseases are caused by a bad attitude. Emotion has physiological effects on human body through nervous system and endocrine system. Bad emotions lead to endocrine disorders, reduce people's defense ability, lead to bacterial invasion, virus infection and so on. A good mood will stimulate the pituitary gland to secrete hormones to achieve the balance of the whole body, thus improving the immunity of the human body. The effect of this balance may be better than any medicine in the world.

Everyone will experience big and small things in his life, some happy and some sad, but nine times out of ten, there are very few things that can be obedient to you and make you get what you want. The development of things is not easy to control, but we must keep a good attitude.

No matter in life or at work, no matter to family, colleagues or friends, some unpleasant things are inevitable, but do we let those negative emotions develop and fall into sadness for a while? Obviously impossible. No matter how pitiful and sad you are, God will not pity you and things will not get better. Your sadness will only do harm to your health, not any good.

How important it is to keep a good attitude in our life. We do nothing to get angry. Nine times out of ten, there are people who can make you obey, and there are very few things that can make you get what you want, but any emotion of yours will not make things better, but will only increase your sadness.
