2. After logging in, click the homepage and click the health card in my card package.
3. In the resident electronic health card, because the real name authentication has not been carried out, click Authentication now.
4. Enter your name and ID number on the secondary real-name authentication page, and click OK.
5. Enter the resident electronic health card application page, and click on the health card application.
6. You can apply for your own electronic health code directly on the health card application page. When you need to declare health information, click Health Information Declaration.
Health codes are based on actual data and can be generated by citizens or people who have returned to work through online declaration and background audit. As an individual entering and leaving electronic certificate locally, the QR code can be declared once, which is universal in the whole city.
