(1) Do a good job of health monitoring 14 days before the exam. According to the requirements of "Guidelines for Examination Prevention and Control during the Normalization of Epidemic Prevention and Control in COVID-19 (Revised Edition)", candidates are required to conduct health monitoring, self-examination and self-report every day from 14 days before the examination, take 1 time temperature in the morning and evening, fill in the Health Management Information Collection Form for Examiners (attachment 1), and report the temperature measurement records to the registration test center. Candidates are required to submit a health declaration card and a safety check before entering the examination room (Annex 2).
Once fever, fatigue, cough, sore throat, sneezing, diarrhea, vomiting, jaundice, rash, conjunctival congestion and other suspected symptoms are found, candidates should report to the registration test center and examination base in time and see a doctor as soon as possible. The test center organizes experts to judge whether the physical condition of the candidates meets the test conditions.
(2) Please fully understand and strictly abide by the relevant requirements of the examination epidemic prevention and control and travel epidemic prevention policies where the examination base is located in advance, reduce unnecessary gathering and cross-regional mobility, and do not go to places with large population mobility and areas with medium and high risk levels.
Candidates who are still stranded in other provinces should report their health status and related return arrangements to the registration test center in time.
(3) Please apply for "Shandong Electronic Health Pass Code" in advance (you can apply through WeChat official account "Health Shandong Service Number", Love Shandong APP, Alipay "Electronic Health Pass Card" and other channels). Candidates in the province apply in the password application module, and candidates outside the province apply in the Lailu declaration module.
(four) before the examination (subject to the examination time, the same below) for nucleic acid testing. Encourage candidates to be vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine.
1. Candidates where the test center is located: Candidates must have a negative nucleic acid test certificate (electronic and paper are equally effective, the same below) within 48 hours before taking the test.
2. Candidates for the inter-city examination in the province: they must hold the negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours before departure and hold the negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours after arriving at the examination base.
3. Candidates from other provinces who have returned to Shandong to take the exam:
(1) People who enter and return to Shandong from counties (cities, districts) where low-risk areas are located outside the province must arrive at the inspection base three days in advance, and conduct nucleic acid testing within 48 hours before departure, and conduct 1 nucleic acid testing on the first and third days after arrival. Only with the above-mentioned negative nucleic acid test certificate can you take the exam.
(2) Those who enter and return to Shandong in the counties (cities, districts) where the medium-risk areas outside the province are located must arrive at the inspection base seven days in advance, conduct nucleic acid testing within 48 hours before departure, conduct home health monitoring seven days after arrival, and conduct 1 nucleic acid testing on the third and seventh days respectively. Only with the above-mentioned negative nucleic acid test certificate can you take the exam.
(3) Persons who enter and return to Shandong in counties (cities, districts) where high-risk areas are located outside the province must arrive at the testing base 14 days in advance and conduct nucleic acid testing within 48 hours before departure. Upon arrival, they were quarantined for 7 days and monitored at home for 7 days, and nucleic acid detection was carried out according to local health monitoring requirements. Only with the above-mentioned negative nucleic acid test certificate can you take the exam.
(4) Other epidemic risk areas that have not been announced but have more newly infected people in the near future and have the risk of community transmission, refer to the counties (cities, districts) where the high-risk areas are located.
Candidates who return to Shandong from other provinces should report to the registration test center and the test base in advance, and take the test as required on the basis of implementing the above epidemic prevention and control measures.
4. If you have symptoms such as fever and cough within 0/4 days before the exam, you must also provide a diagnosis certificate issued by a medical institution before you can take the exam.
(5) During the examination, candidates will travel to and from the residence and the test center "point-to-point" according to the travel mode of "two points and one line". On the premise of ensuring safety, try to choose walking, cycling and private cars to and from the test center.
During the trip, you should prepare masks (disposable medical masks or surgical masks), gloves, paper towels, quick-drying hand disinfectants and other protective articles, strictly protect yourself and wear masks at all times.
Second, the candidates' obligations during the examination
(a) to cooperate with and obey the epidemic prevention management
1. All candidates must wear disposable medical masks or surgical masks during the examination room of the examination center, and take off their masks during identity verification.
2. Candidates enter the venue in batches, and keep an appropriate distance between candidates to avoid crowd gathering. Consciously cooperate to complete the examination process and enter the examination center from the designated channel. After entering the test center, move in the specified area and leave in time after the test.
3. If corresponding symptoms or abnormal conditions are found after the test, it is necessary to obey the relevant treatments such as "no taking the test", "arranging the test in an isolated examination room" and "seeing a doctor" according to the regulations.
(2) Pay attention to physical condition
Candidates who have abnormal symptoms such as fever (body temperature ≥37.3℃) during the examination should report in time and consciously obey the management of the staff of the test center. If the health or disease control professionals, together with the test center, think that they have the conditions to continue to take the test, they will be arranged to continue the test in the isolated examination room.
