First, auction enterprises engaged in cultural relics auction activities must apply for and obtain cultural relics auction licenses according to law. Since April 30, 2004, auction enterprises that have not obtained the license for cultural relics auction shall not engage in cultural relics auction business activities.
Two, the application and approval of the issuance of cultural relics auction license, to comply with the provisions of laws and regulations, follow the overall layout principle of survival of the fittest, classified management, strict management and steady development.

According to the present situation of cultural relics market, in order to protect ancient sites and tombs from being destroyed, the management of the first kind of cultural relics is strictly controlled. Auction enterprises that are not engaged in the auction of cultural relics now apply for licenses and temporarily approve them to operate second-and third-class cultural relics or second-class cultural relics.

Five, the auction enterprise shall submit the application materials in strict accordance with the requirements. ?

(2) The originals or photocopies of relevant certification materials, photocopies of academic qualifications, degree certificates, professional and technical post certificates and training certificates organized by relevant national and provincial departments shall be sealed by the unit where they belong. ?

(2) An auction enterprise established according to law shall, when applying for a cultural relics auction license, provide the following materials in addition to the application materials for the qualification of cultural relics auction professionals:

6. Application procedure?
