You don't need to change your health certificate if you change your company.
Health certificate is mainly to prove that employees have no legal infectious diseases. As long as you get a health certificate, you can engage in food processing, packaging and sales, not limited to working in that unit. You should not change your health certificate, but change your company. For example, there is no legal basis for the company to let you change your health certificate.
