1. Apply for "Shandong Electronic Health Pass Code" in time, and fill in the Health Management Information Collection Form truthfully. Candidates who take the exam in Shandong Province must apply for the "Shandong Electronic Health Pass Code" and save it as a green code.
Candidates are required to take temperature measurement consciously before the exam every day, fill in the health management information collection form truthfully, and hand in the health management information collection form when they enter the test center for the first time.
2. You must bring the admission ticket, valid resident ID card and paper version of my negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours before the first exam (calculated according to the sampling time), and show the green card of Shandong Electronic Health Code and Communication Big Data Travel Card before you can take the exam. You are not allowed to enter without it.
The paper version of the negative certificate of nucleic acid test must be submitted to the invigilator when entering the examination room, and 1 copy must be submitted for each examination (the original or copy can be submitted).
3. Those who return to Shandong to take the test from Shanghai, Inner Mongolia, Heilongjiang, Shaanxi, Hebei, Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Guangxi, Anhui and other provinces (adjusted according to the epidemic situation) within 0/4 days before the test, must take the initiative to declare to the personnel examination institution in the city where the test center is located, provide two negative certificates of nucleic acid testing, and take the test in a relatively independent examination room.
