First of all, formulate relevant policies to promote schools to pay more attention to the mental health of minors. Our current education system pays too much attention to students' grades, thus ignoring their mental health. School is the place where minors mainly communicate and live with others, so only when schools pay attention to this problem can they solve the mental health problems of minors well. Therefore, the Ministry of Education should formulate relevant policies and take mental health as an important part of school study together with schools. Students should be able to learn relevant knowledge at school and get mental health help.
Second, encourage and supervise the construction and management of folk psychological counseling institutions. Once minors have psychological problems, they must get professional intervention and help. I'm afraid it's hard to do this by school alone. So we must rely on the help of psychological counseling institutions. Only through professional counseling and help can minors have better mental health. But at the same time, the Ministry of Education must supervise and manage these institutions effectively, and must not let unprofessional institutions enter the market, which is not conducive to solving the problem. Therefore, the Ministry of Education should reasonably carry out the construction and management of private counseling institutions.
Third, publicize mental health knowledge to the society and call on people to face mental health problems with a good attitude. Chinese people know little about mental health problems, and at the same time they don't pay attention to mental health. Even when people around us have mental health problems, we not only fail to notice them, but even choose to ignore them. This also makes some minors with mental health problems feel desperate and go astray. Therefore, only when the whole society forms a good attitude and pays enough attention to mental health problems can this problem be solved well.
