First, the medical insurance card replacement process:
At this stage, after the medical insurance card is degaussed and lost, the social security card will be replaced directly according to the regulations. The specific process is as follows:
(1) If the bank is the same before and after the card change, I will report the loss to the employee medical insurance card service bank with my valid certificate, and the street labor security service center will accept the social security card application with the bank loss report notice and my valid certificate for 45 working days. After receiving the social security card and injecting capital, the amount in the original medical insurance card will be automatically transferred to the social security card without clearing it.
(2) If the card is not the same bank before and after the card change, then the social security card collection process is the same. However, the amount in the original medical insurance card will not be automatically transferred to the social security card, and a valid certificate is required to issue the Notice of Clearing the Employee's Medical Insurance Card at the social security sub-center of the insured place. With the notice and my valid certificate, go to the original employee medical insurance card service bank to cancel the medical insurance card.

(1) At this stage, the medical insurance management information systems of provinces and cities in China are independent and unconnected with each other, resulting in that the insured persons who seek medical treatment in and outside the province can only make cash settlement with medical institutions in different places first, which leads to the insured persons being tired of running between the medical treatment place and the insured place. The main problems existing in the current medical insurance card are:
1, the card cannot be used.
2. It is difficult to reimburse after seeing a doctor.
3. The medical expenses have increased. The establishment of a national medical insurance card to facilitate the floating population to seek medical treatment has attracted great attention from all levels, including Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Health.
(2) All parts of the country began to discuss the possibility of realizing the national medical insurance card, and began to make partial attempts. On the 2nd, the Ministry of Health announced the Measures for the Administration of Residents' Health Cards (for Trial Implementation) to promote the realization of "one card" for residents to seek medical treatment in various medical and health institutions at all levels. Based on regional health information platform, electronic health records of residents and electronic medical records of medical institutions, resident health cards can be used for resident identification, personal basic health information storage, cross-regional and inter-institutional medical data exchange and expense settlement.
