Vegetarian food cooked with a lot of cooking oil has a high fat content, and cooking methods such as frying also make vegetarian food a high-calorie food. Therefore, a healthy vegetarian diet should try to cook food by boiling and steaming.

Through other channels, this is not much different from not being a vegetarian. It is worth mentioning that fruits with high sugar content should also be eaten less during the vegetarian period.

Of course, eating vegetables and fruits is good for health, but being completely vegetarian and doing so for a long time is not good for health. Vegetables and fruits should be eaten with meat to get a balanced nutritional intake. Generally speaking, an adult should eat two or three servings of meat every day.
