Regulating valve products can be simply divided into two categories: one is ordinary valve and the other is special valve. Most valves (60%∽70%) belong to ordinary valves, which are used under moderate conditions such as low temperature, low pressure and ordinary medium. Special valves refer to valves that are used in special environments such as high temperature, high pressure, strong acid and strong alkali and need special design to meet the requirements. Obviously, the technical requirements of special valves are higher, more difficult and more demanding from customers.

It is a fundamental starting point for Mr. Ming Cidong to start his business to "meet the urgent needs of customers and solve the problem of industrial self-control". Difficult and special valves are the soft underbelly of the regulator industry, so Mr. Ming Cidong decided to chew this hard bone first. In the long-term customer tracking service, Mr. Ming Cidong further found that the control valve, as a long-standing problem in the field of automatic control, is manifested in the following aspects: 1, too heavy. The weight of control valve is dozens, hundreds or even thousands of kilograms, which brings great trouble to transportation, hoisting, installation and maintenance. 2. There are many kinds. Control valves can be divided into nine categories in structure, from which hundreds of series and tens of thousands of specifications are derived, which brings great problems to calculation, selection, maintenance and spare parts. 3. Poor reliability. Performance: running, leaking, dripping, blocking, jamming, dynamic difference, short life and many other aspects.

These so-called old, big and difficult problems are also common in ordinary valves which account for 60%-70% of all regulating valves. In order to solve the above problems, a new product is urgently needed, which has the following characteristics: 1, and the weight must be greatly reduced; 2. Must have all the functions of single-seat valve, double-seat valve and sleeve valve, and can adapt to the occasions of ball valve, eccentric valve and butterfly valve, and then replace many products with a full-function product to solve the long-standing problems of various control valve products; 3. Reliability must be improved.

In order to accomplish this idea, Mr. Ming Cidong deeply studied the development history of control valves, and found that the reasons for the less and less application of pneumatic ZMA□ and electric ZZZ □ are the backward application level (old products in the 1960s), large volume, complicated flow path, small Kv, easy blockage and poor reliability. However, the weight, volume and height of the fine valve and Cv3000 products have all decreased by 30%, and the Kv value has increased by 30%, which is an improvement compared with the original old products, so it became the mainstream at the end of the 20th century, but this dominant position will soon be replaced by the angular stroke valve.

This is because, compared with the angular stroke valve (the spool moves up and down), the straight stroke valve has the following nine disadvantages:

1. From the flow path analysis, the flow path of the straight-stroke valve is complicated, resulting in four shortcomings:

(4) poor appearance;

Therefore, the wide application of angular travel valve will become inevitable. Of course, this does not mean that the angular stroke valve has no shortcomings. Mr. Ming Cidong envisioned that the new product should overcome the shortcomings of both the straight stroke valve and the angular stroke valve, and have the advantages of both.

In order to achieve this goal, Mr. Ming Cidong led all the staff of Hualin. After several years of efforts and hundreds of times of continuous improvement and perfection, he finally got a product with wide adaptability, excellent performance and greatly reduced weight. This is the full-function ultra-light control valve that later caused revolutionary changes in the control valve industry. Compared with the common control valve, the full-function ultra-light control valve has achieved a qualitative leap in the following aspects:
