Four stages of three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound in obstetric examination
(1) Early pregnancy; It can show the complete gestational sac and see through the embryo in human form.
(2) Medium term (24-32 weeks); It can clearly display the organs of various parts of the fetus, understand the growth and development of the fetus, and observe whether the general structure of the head, limbs and organs is abnormal. Because the fetus develops well and the amniotic fluid volume increases during this period, three-dimensional imaging is more effective in the case of liquid surrounding, which can show the development of most tissues and organs and the whole fetus. This period is the best period for diagnosis, with high success rate and the greatest significance for clinical diagnosis.
(3) Late pregnancy; It can accurately determine the fetal position, check the placental maturity, whether the umbilical cord is around the neck, determine the umbilical artery hemodynamic change index (CDFI, S/D), and evaluate whether the fetus is hypoxic in the uterus.
(4) inspection after delivery; Observe whether the placenta remains and whether the uterus degenerates. Therefore, under the guidance of doctors, pregnant women should carry out necessary perinatal examinations at these four specific stages to provide reliable basis for treatment.
