Couples over the age of 60 shall arrange special reward and assistance funds by the central or local finance, and explore the establishment of a reward and assistance system for some rural family planning families.
The standard of reward and assistance is to reward and assist rural family planning couples who meet the above conditions in accordance with the standard of not less than 600 yuan every year until their death. Those over 60 years old will be paid according to their actual age when the policy is implemented.
