How can I make myself happier at work?

Some people feel happy at work because they find pleasure in their work, or their work matches their interests, values and abilities well, or their working environment is comfortable and supportive, or they have a good relationship with colleagues and superiors.

If you want to be happier at work, here are some suggestions that may be useful:

1. Find your own fun. Try to match your interests, values, abilities and work as much as possible, or find your interests at work. This can make the work more meaningful and interesting.
