With the concept of health deeply rooted in people's hearts, a number of well-equipped and accurate medical institutions have emerged as the times require, becoming a line of defense to protect people's health. However, with the rapid development of the industry, due to the low entry threshold and the lack of professionals, the problem of mixed medical institutions has become increasingly prominent.

Low entry threshold, few professionals and lack of supervision-the stubborn disease in the medical examination industry needs to be solved urgently.
In recent years, medical institutions have developed rapidly, and some large private medical institutions have done quite well in concept, service and professionalism, which are more refined and personalized than the medical departments of traditional hospitals. At the same time, however, the entry threshold is too low, the level is mixed and the development is uneven.
According to the Interim Provisions on the Management of Physical Examination issued by the Ministry of Health in 2009, it is required that there should be at least two medical practitioners with professional and technical post qualifications above the deputy senior level in internal medicine or surgery, and each clinical examination department should have at least 1 medical practitioners with professional and technical post qualifications above the intermediate level; There are at least 10 registered nurses. However, after nearly 10 years of rapid development, this entry threshold has been seriously lower than the development level of today's medical examination industry and needs to be adjusted urgently.
The contradiction between the shortage of professionals in the medical examination industry and the growing health needs of the people is gradually prominent. At present, medical institutions generally pay more attention to equipment than doctors, and attach more importance to laboratory tests than diagnosis. Pre-examination health assessment and post-examination follow-up guidance are a mere formality, and there is a shortage of health management professionals and general practitioners, which affects the accuracy and guidance of health examination.
Take multiple measures to promote the healthy development of the industry
1, the policy specification is clear. Improve the market access threshold of the medical examination industry and establish a unified "medical examination service standard". Resolutely ban the medical examination items that are not suitable for the medical examination industry, and set the medical examination items to four levels: priority recommendation, recommendation, recommendable and non-recommendable, so that medical examination personnel can find the medical examination items that suit them more easily.
2. Form a chain service of health management as soon as possible. Physical examination should change from simple physical examination to health management as soon as possible, from simple disease examination and treatment to health evaluation and intervention, and gradually form a chain service of health management, so as to truly realize the function of controlling chronic diseases through physical examination and promote the health of the whole people.
3. Strengthen supervision. Strengthen the supervision of the medical examination industry, severely crack down on behaviors that disrupt market order, induce and deceive consumers, and rectify or ban medical examination institutions with substandard professional standards and outdated and crude equipment.
