The special subsidy funds arranged by the central government provide assistance to children with cerebral palsy, 10000 yuan/person. Through the implementation of the project, we will establish a "green channel" for children with cerebral palsy from screening, approval, rehabilitation to returning to society, and explore the establishment of a long-term mechanism for comprehensive prevention and treatment of children with cerebral palsy.

2. 1 set up a project implementation team to win the attention and support of the provincial government and the leaders of the provincial disabled persons' Federation, allocate special funds, issue documents, organize meetings, conduct training, conduct thorough screening, and transport children with cerebral palsy to participate in the project.

2.2 Provide 30 children with cerebral palsy with a guided education mode and a subsidy. Training for 3 months. Visit in time after the end. At the same time, a questionnaire is designed to understand the needs of parents and the progress of children, and to cultivate and guide parents to receive guided education and actively participate.

2.3 According to the requirements of the project, make the project work plan in time, summarize and report it in time, establish a special account and submit the financial report in time. At the end of each year, it is clear that a special person will input the relevant data into the project database. After the project, adhere to family guidance and return visits, and assist the grassroots to carry out guidance education.

3 project results

3. 1 Leaders pay attention and give full support. In the first half of 20 10, the provincial disabled persons' Federation allocated 2 million yuan for the project. The Provincial Rehabilitation Office for the Disabled issued the Notice on Implementing the Rehabilitation Project for Poor Disabled Children of China Disabled Persons' Federation to our center, and the leaders of our center and the project office actively cooperated.

3.2 Clear criteria for screening children participating in the project: rehabilitation needs in urban and rural areas; The diagnosis is clear, the vital signs are stable, the family members cooperate, and there is potential for rehabilitation. Children with cerebral palsy in poor families whose age is not more than 6 years old. From June 20 10 to March this year, our center screened 100 children with cerebral palsy, and determined 30 subjects to participate in guided education rehabilitation. Among them, there were 4 cases of bradykinesia (moderate), 23 cases of spasm (moderate) and 3 cases of hand and foot peristalsis. After three months of training, the funding cost reached 1 million yuan.

3.3 Organize training and publicize it until March 20th11. The project implementation team has trained 100 parents of children with cerebral palsy. The main contents include: classified diagnosis and rehabilitation evaluation of cerebral palsy, community rehabilitation and management [1], the present situation of rehabilitation and education of cerebral palsy [2], and the theory and method of guided education. In order to make parents of trained children quickly understand and support guided education, we have carried out various forms and aspects of parent training and education this year. The author conducted a questionnaire survey on 30 parents of children who participated in the training for three months. 93% parents agree with the concept of guided education, are optimistic about their children and can actively participate in classroom and process training. In the publicity and promotion of guidance education, parents are actively given guidance education lectures, and the children who have been rehabilitated have played a good role in publicity after returning to the local area. Activities such as outdoor cognition and walking, "Christmas" and "New Year's Day" party, parent-child competition, class competition, "learning progress award" and "star of rehabilitation" were organized by using the guided education curriculum.

3.4 Explore a new model of guiding education for children with cerebral palsy. In the past two years, our center has received training according to the scale of 30 children with cerebral palsy attending full-time guidance education every day. We divide the children into two groups and four classes. The rehabilitation doctor is responsible for the general rehabilitation business and project management, and the other four salesmen, as the first guides, are responsible for their guidance education and other rehabilitation training. Based on this situation, we continue to explore the guidance and education model for children with cerebral palsy suitable for this center.
