3. Surgical examination: including superficial lymph nodes, thyroid gland, breast, limbs and spine;
4. Examination of five senses: Eye examination includes vision, fundus, conjunctiva, etc. Oral examination includes dentures and dental caries, as well as hearing screening, nasal foreign bodies and rhinitis;
5. Two tests of liver function: mainly check alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) to evaluate liver function;
6. Chest X-ray: Focus on checking whether there are respiratory infectious diseases such as tuberculosis;
7. Shigella and Salmonella culture in feces: excluding intestinal infectious diseases;
