It is planned to establish the basic data of housing safety survey on the urban cadastral management system formed by the second land survey in our city to realize the spatial, integrated and refined management of housing safety. The technicians of Haiwei Company introduced the seamless combination of spatial information technology of urban cadastral management system and dynamic monitoring of housing safety information. The participating units exchanged views on the problems and difficulties existing in the 20xx census and how to carry out the housing safety census in 20xx.
Finally, Deputy Director Liu Zhongguo delivered an important speech. He fully affirmed the achievements of the housing safety survey in our city in recent years, and also pointed out the problems existing in the housing safety survey in our city. He stressed:

Housing safety investigation is the basic work of the Bureau's housing safety management, and establishing the basic book of housing safety through housing safety investigation is the basis and key link for effectively carrying out housing safety management. All units should attach great importance to this work and go all out to do it well;
Second, the housing safety survey must combine the requirements of the "ground-building-house" information integration construction of our bureau, innovate ideas, and build a dynamic information management system for housing safety;
Third, on the basis of the current housing safety investigation, the Municipal Appraisal Institute should do more research, listen to the opinions of various units extensively, continue to improve the work plan of comprehensive housing safety investigation, and report it to the municipal government to prepare for the next comprehensive housing safety investigation;
Fourth, all units should fully understand the importance and arduousness of housing safety census, and strive to complete the comprehensive management of housing safety dynamic information in our city in five years to realize the informationization and scientificity of housing safety management in our city.
