Long press the picture to save. If you need to modify the default saving path, please enter the menu-Settings-More-Download Settings-Default Download Directory to modify it.

You can see the saved pictures in the photo album. If not, please go to menu-Download Management-Download-Pictures-Select a picture and click Save to System Album.
