Candidates who apply for civil service positions with special requirements for physical conditions shall meet the requirements of the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) and related positions in this standard for physical conditions.
Part I Posts of the People's Police
Article 1 One-sided naked eye vision is less than 4.8, and it is unqualified (except for professional and technical posts of state security organs). Forensic medicine, physical evidence inspection and identification, information and communication, network security management, financial accounting, foreign language and minority language translation, traffic safety technology, safety prevention technology, explosive handling, police dog technology and other positions, the unilateral corrected vision is less than 5.0, which is unqualified. Article 2 color blindness, unqualified. Weak color, forensic medicine, physical evidence inspection and appraisal positions, unqualified. Article 3 Skin diseases that affect the face and are difficult to cure (such as vitiligo, psoriasis, hemangioma, spot nevus, etc. ), or have obvious disease characteristics (such as facial deformity, torticollis that cannot be corrected by itself, abnormal gait, etc. ), are not qualified. The fourth tattoo is unqualified. Article 5 Limb dysfunction is unqualified. Article 6 If the hearing of one-sided whisper is less than 5 meters, it is unqualified. Article 7 The sense of smell is dull and unqualified. Article 8 HBV pathogen carriers and special police posts are unqualified. Article 9 The post height 170- 185cm of China civil aviation air police officers meets the medical examination standard of IV-B medical examination certificate in the Rules for the Administration of Medical Examination Standards and Medical Examination Certificates for Civil Aviation Personnel in China (except item 67.4 15(c)). Article 10 The National Standards for Seafarers' Health Examination and the Notice on Adjusting the Requirements for Seafarers' Health Examination are also implemented in the customs' maritime anti-smuggling ship driving posts, maritime anti-smuggling engineer management posts, maritime anti-smuggling inspection posts and entry-exit frontier inspection ship driving posts (Haizuzu [2010] No.306).
Part II Other positions

Attachment 1: special standard operation instruction for physical examination
1. Before the physical examination, the physical examination hospital and medical staff should specify the positions and items that need to be implemented in accordance with the Special Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial). 2. Physical examination should be conducted in an independent place to keep quiet and reduce external interference. The physical examination of the people's police should be closed. Candidates must fill in the application position in detail before the medical examination. 4. The physical examination items in the Special Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) will not be re-examined. 5. Candidates wearing contact lenses should take off their contact lenses before eye examination, and then have a vision examination. People with fake eyes should explain to ophthalmologists. 6. Color vision check: It must be checked by a specialist nurse or doctor. A color blindness chart compiled by Yu Ziping or a color vision chart compiled by the Ministry of Health of the Air Force Logistics Department. During the examination, the examinee's eyes should be 60-80cm away from the drawings, and colored glasses are not allowed. Candidates must read the color names within 3-5 seconds. 7. Examination method of monochrome recognition ability: (1) The examiner selects one color from four colors, namely red, yellow, green, blue and purple, and reads the color name within 3-5 seconds. (2) The examiner will name a color at will, and let the examinee find out this color from red, yellow, green, blue and purple within 3-5 seconds. The above two methods can also be carried out alternately. 8. The positions with weak color are unqualified, and color blindness is also unqualified. 9. Olfactory check: Use vinegar, alcohol and water. Those who can distinguish everything are normal, those who can distinguish 1-2 are dull, and those who cannot distinguish all three are lost. 10. Those who have a dull sense of smell are unqualified, and those who have lost their sense of smell are also unqualified. 1 1. Only special police officers can check hepatitis B surface antigen. 12. Tattoos: refers to "dots, characters and lines" on the skin, or obvious tattoo scars after surgical treatment. 13. Limb (including spine) dysfunction: refers to disability, deformity, paralysis, etc. Due to various reasons, the permanent motor function of human body is limited to varying degrees. 14.
