What if the health code can't be refreshed all the time?

The health code can't be loaded, which may be caused by network reasons at first. Users are advised to check the networking status of the mobile phone, disconnect and reconnect the mobile phone network, or directly turn off and restart the mobile phone, which can generally solve the problem.

The solution is as follows:

1. First, open the mobile phone WeChat client, click Pay in the displayed page, and select the city service option.

2. Next, click the health code option below to receive the health code according to the prompt.

3. Then, if necessary, a dialog box will pop up and click Allow to allow access to the current location.

4. Select the authentication method, enter the name and other information to complete the verification of personal information.

5. Finally, turn on the face recognition verification, and complete the health code collection as shown in the figure below.
