Common behaviors that endanger the health of college students are:
First, bad living habits.
(1) No breakfast.
Many college students have no time to eat breakfast or only eat a small amount of milk because they love to sleep late. Studies have confirmed that this is because when the human body is on an empty stomach, the cholesterol in the bile will be saturated, which is not conducive to health.
(2) Go to bed immediately after meals
This phenomenon is most obvious during a nap. Sleeping after a meal will make the blood in the brain flow to the stomach. With the decrease of blood pressure, the oxygen supply to the brain will also decrease, which will lead to extreme fatigue after meals and easily lead to heartburn, indigestion and obesity.
(3) Irregular work and rest.
In college life, many students don't rest when they should rest, and often stay up late to play games, watch TV dramas or chat. I don't know that staying up late often can lead to fatigue and decreased immunity. At the same time, I will have a headache the next day, and girls are prone to dark circles and acne.
Second, bad habits
(1) Gambling
Gambling is harmful to a person's physical and mental health, because gambling itself is a strong stimulus. Long-term gambling will make the central nervous system in a state of high tension for a long time, which will easily lead to increased hormone secretion, accelerated heartbeat and breathing, increased incidence of cardiovascular diseases, and peptic ulcer and tension headache.
(2) Smoking and drinking
The probability of smokers suffering from lung cancer and respiratory diseases is several times that of non-smokers. Smoking can reduce the activity of natural killer cells, thus weakening the body's function of monitoring, killing and clearing the growth of tumor cells, further indicating that smoking is a high-risk factor of various cancers and has a certain impact on the intelligence of college students to some extent.
Third, lack of physical exercise.
Under the examination-oriented education system, most students have been aiming at getting into colleges and universities and getting high marks, ignoring the importance of sports, losing interest in sports over time, thinking that physical education class is just playing, wasting time and gradually giving up physical exercise, so college students' physical fitness is generally low and lack of regular exercise.
Fourth, psychological problems.
1, life goals are at a loss, learning goals are unclear, learning motivation is lacking, and life goals drift with the tide, often with meaningless feelings.
2, interpersonal discomfort.
3. Inferiority and conceit oscillate, laziness and retreat, and fear of failure.
4. Life is too tense
