1. Prepare corresponding tools, including screwdriver, pipe wrench, wrench, scissors, pliers, ruler, raw material belt, water purifier and other items.
2. Check whether all accessories of the water purifier are complete and damaged. If there is any damage or incomplete accessories, contact the manufacturer for replacement in time.
3. Turn off the main tap water switch and remove the connecting pipe under the tap. Connect the electroplated ball valve to the side hole of the water inlet tee and connect the bifurcated PE pipe at the outlet.
4. The direct head of the water inlet tee is connected to the water connected under the faucet, and the other direct head is connected back to the water source.
5. Connect the PE water pipe to the outlet of the primary filtered water of the water purifier, and the other end of the pipe is connected to the interface of the water purifier.
6. According to the diameter of the outer wire of the water outlet faucet, drill a corresponding small hole in a suitable place on the glass table, then install the water outlet faucet and connect the PE water pipe to the toothed pipe at its lower end. Then connect the PE water pipe to the water purifier and put it at the outlet of activated carbon. If you need to fix the faucet on the wall, you need to use a faucet hook.
7. After unpacking the first three filter elements, put them into the corresponding filter shell, then disassemble the membrane tube, put it into the membrane, and tighten the end cover. When installing, try to shorten the connection length of sewage pipe and reduce the curvature. The distance between the water purifier and the sewage outlet shall not exceed 6 meters, and the classification valve shall not be installed in the drainage pipe.
8. Confirm that the electrical parameters of the power supply are consistent with those of the water purifier, and all kinds of pipelines have their own support points, and the gravity and stress of pipelines shall not be transferred to the water purifier. Finally, plug the system power into the corresponding socket.
How to debug household water purifier correctly
1. Flush the front filter element: after installation, remove the water inlet pipe of the membrane pipe, insert the drain pipe, and open the electroplated ball valve on the faucet pipe (i.e. turn on the water source). At this time, the water purifier enters the state of flushing the filter element to avoid polluting the membrane. When the black water is used up, temporarily turn off the power supply and water source, then connect the detached membrane tube water inlet pipe and plug the system power plug into the matching socket.
2. Start water production: the automatic flushing water purifier has been set to 18 seconds when it leaves the factory to start automatic flushing. You can also change the starting time of water production according to the requirements of the manual.
3. Whether the test tube line is unblocked: When making water, the filtered pure water enters the pressure storage barrel for filling. In order to know the action quickly, the ball valve of the pressure barrel can be closed about 5 minutes after normal water production, and the pressure in the pipeline will increase at this time. When it reaches a certain value (3.0-3.5 kg per cubic centimeter), the high-voltage switch will act to cut off the power supply and stop the high-pressure pump. Then, turn on the gooseneck faucet to drain water, reset the high-voltage switch and turn on the power supply, and restart the high-pressure pump. If repeated several times, check whether the high-pressure pump starts and stops normally. After confirming that the action is normal, open the ball valve of the pressure barrel.
4. Try low-pressure operation: close the electroplating ball valve and cut off the water source, which is in a state of no water or water shortage by default. At this time, the low-voltage switch should cut off the power supply, and the high-pressure pump should stop running to prevent the high-pressure pump from idling without water and being damaged. After the test run is normal, open the electroplating ball valve again to make the machine run normally.
5. Check whether the joints and pipes are loose or leaking: During the trial operation, check whether all parts, components and joints are leaking. Check again whether the joint is loose due to transportation, so as to avoid loose joint and water leakage when the pipeline pressure rises. After debugging, the first bucket of water should be drained and not drunk. If there is any abnormality during debugging, please refer to fault diagnosis for handling.
