For middle school students, their age is in a period of long body, while for most students, their body is in a stage of healthy development. In the current middle school education, there are still phenomena that affect students' healthy development, mainly including: ① facing the pressure of college entrance examination, students' learning burden is heavy, ② interpersonal problems, and puppy love is affected by bad social atmosphere. Schools and parents ignore students' internal needs. Teaching as the center, overemphasizing intellectual development, ignoring students' physical, mental and emotional development.
Importance and necessity of health education. Health is the first need of life. Without a healthy body, there is no ideal and belief. Without a healthy body, we can't develop and survive well. At present, the education in China is still centered on intellectual education, which virtually ignores and weakens the development of body, beauty and labor. Because of the pressure of dark June and the heavy psychological burden of some students, they become depressed, have poor psychological condition and will not be healthy psychologically for a long time. Even the lack of a correct sense of competition, the lack of a correct social adaptability, the lack of a correct attitude towards life and learning. Some students are angry with the disadvantaged students because of a little contradiction with others. This abnormal psychology may bring some unstable factors to the school, such as not giving psychological counseling, and may operate on more students.
Whether the educational goal is based on the needs of social development or the actual needs of personal development is two different educational values. Nowadays, education is more oriented to social needs, requiring students to develop morally, intellectually, physically, aesthetically and laboriously in an all-round way. It even puts forward that moral education is the first and intellectual education is the center, which invisibly ignores and weakens the development of physique, aesthetics and labor. Education focuses on the actual needs of personal development. Indirect promotion of social development is conducive to fully activating the internal motivation of students' personal development, conforms to the Marxist exposition on the relationship between personal development and social development, and makes the needs of the country, society, schools and individuals reach unprecedented harmony and realize the perfect combination in reality. Moral education quality is the most important and the most difficult to cultivate for a person. The purpose of education is to train all students to become citizens with qualified citizenship. The school pays attention to cultivating and promoting students' subjectivity, laying a solid foundation for students' sustainable development in the future. Among the many needs of students, health needs are the first, and healthy development is the cornerstone of students' sustainable development.
The content of health education Class meeting class is an important position of moral education. Educating students to form healthy and good living and study habits is beneficial to their high school study life. In the middle of this semester, I organized a class meeting with the theme of "health from now on", asking students to carefully consult a large number of materials and carefully list the health knowledge that high school students should pay attention to and the health problems that should be paid attention to during their growth, such as personal hygiene, oral hygiene, eye hygiene, brain hygiene, sleep hygiene and so on. Develop correct living habits such as sitting, standing and walking, and explain a lot of knowledge about disease prevention.
In addition, many students in my class had minor accidents this semester, so I organized a seminar on accidental injuries on campus. The students seriously discussed the possible accidental injuries on campus, such as: accidental injuries caused by playing football and basketball; Accidental injuries that may be caused by going to physical education class; Accidents that may be caused by fighting in the classroom; Accidental injuries that may be caused when eating and walking.
2. Make full use of the class meeting to strengthen mental health consultation in peacetime. The girls in my class are more conscious, and some boys have poor self-discipline. Some students have abnormal psychological development due to the specific circumstances of their families, some are cynical, and some even do nothing after school, are tired of learning, and are opposed to teachers and classmates. 3. Classroom and peacetime health education. I am an English teacher. I often mention environmental protection knowledge and textbook knowledge according to the class and social situation, such as pollution and what to eat to live longer. At present, environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious, and a large number of waste water, waste gas and waste residue bring countless hidden dangers to human health. Healthy diet: reasonable diet, pay attention to nutrition; Healthy life: don't smoke or drink, and exercise actively. Middle school students are required to start from now, start from me, take health as the foundation and serve mankind. At the same time, I attach importance to the importance of mental health and always link education and teaching with psychological education.
3. Experience of Health and Psychological Education The purpose of health education is to enable students to take care of themselves physically, in life, in study, in behavior, in mentality, in emotion and in mistakes.
