Brief introduction to the coding of residents' health records
According to the Regulations on the Management and Service of Urban and Rural Residents' Health Records, the state will uniformly code the residents' health records, adopt the 17-bit coding system, work out the unique code of the residents' health records based on the national unified administrative division code and take the village (neighborhood) committee as the unit, and take the resident ID number as the unified identification code, thus laying a foundation for realizing resource sharing under the information platform. By the end of 20 1 1, the filing rate of residents' electronic health records will reach 50%, and the number of hypertension and diabetes will reach 45 million and150,000 respectively.
