Healthy exercise time

For the sake of health, I think running for half an hour at a time is enough. Running time is too short to exercise. Running for too long not only can't exercise, but also may affect the next day's work and life, the continuity of exercise, muscle injury and other health problems because of excessive physical exertion, soreness and fatigue. Therefore, I personally think that it is best to control the running time at about half an hour each time, which not only exercises the body, but also won't be too tired.
