Hard disk may produce damaged or unreadable blocks when working. In order to make these addresses work normally, the hard disk will be divided into a special area, and those abnormal addresses will be mapped into this area, and the damaged addresses will be replaced by this normal area. When the hard disk reads and writes those abnormal blocks, it directly jumps to the corresponding position in this area for reading and writing.
As long as there is mapping data in this area, the software will display a warning, which is normal in general, but when this area is full, the software will report "red", indicating that there is no space for remapping the hard disk, and there will be no normal address to replace the abnormal block in the future. It is suggested to replace the hard disk with backup data to ensure the reliability of future data.
Under normal circumstances, as long as the remapped sector value grows slowly, there is no problem, but if it grows every month or even every day, it is not normal. Please check whether the hard disk data cable is in poor contact, whether the power supply is normal, and so on. If necessary, change a good data cable, a good D-head power cable, or a brand power supply with enough power.
