Which is healthier, animal oil or vegetable oil?

Animal oil and vegetable oil have their own advantages and disadvantages, so we can't simply say which one is healthier. Animal oils are mainly saturated fatty acids, such as butter and lard, which are stable at high temperature and suitable for cooking and frying food. However, excessive intake of saturated fatty acids may increase the risk of heart disease and hypertension.

Vegetable oils are mainly unsaturated fatty acids, such as olive oil and linseed oil, which help to lower cholesterol levels and protect heart health. Vegetable oil is also rich in vitamins and antioxidants, which helps to improve immunity and prevent chronic diseases.

So choosing the right oil depends on personal health and eating habits. It is suggested that vegetable oil such as olive oil and rapeseed oil and a small amount of animal oil such as fish oil and sunflower seed oil should be ingested in the diet to obtain a balanced fat intake.
