The "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Development of Healthy Tourism" recently formulated and issued by the five departments of the state proposes two steps: by 2020, we will build a number of healthy tourism bases with different characteristics, form a number of brand names of healthy tourism, promote a number of healthy tourism development models and typical experiences adapted to different regional characteristics, and build a number of international healthy tourism destinations; By 2030, a relatively complete health tourism service system will be basically established to attract more domestic and foreign tourists to China as a health tourism destination, so as to enhance the level of industrial development.
