1. When we first open the Health app on the iPhone, the Chart Summary column will be displayed. The display screen is blank because no health data has been added at present. But it doesn't matter. Please click on the "Health Data" column at the bottom first.
2. Next, in the health data list, you can see many classified columns, many of which need other equipment to collect data, such as heartbeat, blood pressure and body temperature. Due to the limitation of mobile phone sensors, we click on the "fitness data" column here.
3. In the fitness data list, let's click on the column of "Steps" first.
4. As long as you go out with your iPhone and take the road, there will be data here. We click on the column "* * * Enjoy data".
5. Then under the "data source" in the * * * shared data, we can see that the device that collects these data is our iPhone.
6. Next, we will return to the detailed information interface of the step, and you can select the option of "Show in Chart Summary" to view it directly in the summary in the future.
7. In addition, "walking+running distance" is also displayed here. Similarly, it can also be displayed in the chart summary.
8. After the setting, we will return to the chart summary list, and we can see the graphical display summary of steps and walking distance, which is very intuitive.
9. As mentioned above, due to the limited sensors on the Apple 5s, the data monitored by the mobile phone can only achieve the above two functions. For other health data, you need the support of third-party software or equipment.
