Why is mental health a state of dynamic balance?

Mental health is a state of dynamic balance, which occurs in the process of interaction between individuals and the environment. In the process of their interaction, if this dynamic balance state is broken, the mental health state will be destroyed, and once it goes beyond the scope of self-balance ability, people's mentality will have problems and disorders. For middle school students, no matter whether their grades are good or bad, psychological problems will appear unconsciously.

For students with poor grades, a series of problems will arise due to the influence of social environment, teaching methods, teachers' level, students' moral quality and learning purpose, learning perseverance, learning interest and other factors. For example, some students are worried about the upcoming exams, further studies, ranking first and rewarding outstanding students, various competitions, evaluations of schools and teachers, and their expectation anxiety and failure experience while waiting for this result, which will inevitably lead to psychological obstacles and decline in grades. Some students fail to achieve the expected results many times in their learning activities, resulting in anxiety, panic and other fear situations of future learning failure. Other students, because of long-term high-intensity learning activities, their learning ability has declined, resulting in the phenomenon of study fatigue, such as decreased learning efficiency, increased error rate, depressed mood and distracted attention.

As far as top students are concerned, they often have some psychological problems because of the attention of people around them. For example, some people pursue perfection excessively. On the one hand, I expect too much from myself and pay attention to details in my behavior. If I don't do a good job, I will be nervous and have achievements, but I have no sense of accomplishment.
