Recently, many cases of positive infection were found among returnees from other provinces in our province and our city. In order to conscientiously implement the general strategy of "external defense investment, internal defense rebound" and the general policy of "dynamic zero clearing", and comprehensively and accurately implement the 20 measures to optimize the epidemic prevention and control work, we hereby notify you of further scientific and accurate work related to epidemic prevention and control in our city as follows:
First, adhere to the first report and "landing inspection".
Those from other provinces who enter the scale must report to the village where the destination is located one day in advance, hold negative proof of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours, conduct nucleic acid sampling at "three stations and one field", traffic health service station or destination village, and implement "landing inspection".
Strictly implement the "2 inspections in 3 days" after weighing, and do not participate in gathering activities, enter crowded public places or take public transportation before the second nucleic acid test results on the third day. Those who have a history of living in different places should pay close attention to the epidemic situation, check "areas at risk of community transmission" through the official account of "Healthy Hengyang" WeChat and related media, and report to the community, unit or hotel immediately once they find that their or their family's travel trajectory intersects with epidemic-related places or positive infected people, waiting for prevention and control personnel to handle it. Centralized isolation and medical expenses shall be taken care of by the centralized isolation personnel and those who have not reported or reported positive infections.
Second, strictly check the negative proof of nucleic acid test.
Take high-speed rail, train, inter-provincial long-distance passenger transport, inter-provincial passenger ship and other means of transport must hold a negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours; Enter a scenic spot, stay in a hotel, etc. You must hold a negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 72 hours and cooperate with the inspection.
