Third-grade candidates of senior secondary education schools in Guizhou Province enter the test sites according to the epidemic prevention requirements of local test sites; Seven days before the exam (165438+ 10/9), the school should monitor students' body temperature, and truthfully fill in and save the registration form for body temperature measurement.
Social candidates, candidates entering Guizhou from outside the province, and cross-city (state) mobile candidates in the province shall be implemented according to the following requirements:
(a) starting from seven days before the exam, take your own temperature every day and fill in the registration form for temperature measurement truthfully. On the day of the exam, you must hold the negative certificate of 48-hour nucleic acid test, the registration form for temperature measurement, the admission ticket and my resident ID card, and show my Guizhou health code green code, communication big data travel card and local code to indicate that the green code is normal. Candidates with abnormal code scanning and temperature display must obey the arrangement of the test center staff.
(2) Candidates who enter Guizhou from outside the province and cross-city (state) mobile candidates in the province should complete their personal health declaration in the "Guizhou Health Code" in advance, continue to pay attention to their own health code status, and implement corresponding epidemic prevention measures in advance according to the prevention and control requirements of test sites.
Candidates should pay attention to the official website of the Guizhou Provincial Health and Wellness Committee and the official WeChat account, keep abreast of the latest prevention and control policies of our province and various test sites, and the list of "key epidemic areas outside the province" determined by research and judgment, actively cooperate with the epidemic prevention and control departments of the places where they apply for the examination to implement various epidemic prevention measures, and avoid the abnormal influence of health code and place static code analysis on the examination.
(3) Candidates from high-risk areas and countries (regions) who come to Guizhou from abroad (back) must strictly implement the epidemic prevention and control policies of Guizhou Province, and candidates who have not completed the requirements of prevention and control measures in our province are not allowed to enter the test center to take the test.
