Do fruit shops need health certificates?

According to the provisions of Article 45 of China's Food Safety Law, food production and marketing personnel engaged in direct contact with imported food shall have an annual health examination and obtain a health certificate before taking up their posts. Fruit is a directly imported food crop. Therefore, the fruit shop should apply for a health certificate.
