(3) Folk chefs: the original proof materials stamped with the approval stamp of the local township (street) food safety office and a copy of the health inspector's ID card are used for physical examination.

Seventh people who directly serve customers in public places must hold a "health certificate" before they can engage in their own work. Persons suffering from dysentery, typhoid fever, viral hepatitis, active tuberculosis, purulent or exudative skin diseases and other diseases that hinder public health shall not engage in direct customer service before they are cured.
Article 10 Operators of public places shall organize employees to have an annual health check-up, and employees shall not take up their posts until they have obtained valid health certificates. Persons suffering from digestive tract infectious diseases such as dysentery, typhoid fever, viral hepatitis A and viral hepatitis E, as well as persons suffering from active pulmonary tuberculosis, suppurative or exudative skin diseases, shall not engage in the work of directly serving customers before being cured.
