During the summer vacation, we listened to Mr. Wang's special lecture and studied the Guide to Learning and Development for Children Aged 3-6 together.
What impressed me most through learning is that the guide divides children's learning and development into five areas: health, language, society, science and art, and each area is divided into several aspects according to the most basic and important content of children's learning and development. Each aspect consists of two parts: learning and development goals and educational suggestions. In the part of learning and development goals, reasonable expectations are put forward for what children at the end of 3-4 years old, 4-5 years old and 5-6 years old should know, what they can do and what kind of development level they can achieve. Compared with the overall development goals of the five major areas of children in the previous Outline, I have a more detailed and specific understanding.
"Guide" makes me clearly understand what goals children of every age I have educated should achieve, and what effective measures and means I can take according to educational suggestions to achieve such goals. These detailed contents are very valuable experience resources for a young teacher like me. It has a great guiding role for me to carry out education and teaching in the future, and can also effectively prevent some lagging or leading educational behaviors for children, thus violating the natural development law of children.
The study of tour guides made me realize that children are the future of the country. We should understand the law of children's physical and mental development, reflect on our past practices from the perspective of children's development, cut off the factors that are not conducive to children's development, bend down, listen to children's voices, understand their needs, give children the care they really need, learn from children, create courses, environments and regions that meet children's development needs, and let the courses return to children's experience. Give children the opportunity to operate, let them gain experience through interaction with the environment and materials, let them participate independently, guide them to actively learn and explore, and become the masters of life, learning and games.
Strengthen communication with parents, realize the synchronous and harmonious development of family education and kindergarten education, and let parents change their ideas. A child's childhood is short and irreversible. Childlike heart is a wonderful land. You sow the seeds of thought, you will get the harvest of behavior, you sow the seeds of behavior, you will get the harvest of character. Sow a seed of character and you will reap the harvest of fate. Let the child learn what he should learn and do what he should do. Don't impose the will of adults on children, so that children can really have a happy childhood.
The guide is to guide teachers how to help children develop, but it can't be used as a yardstick to measure and hurt children, and it can't be used as a rope to bind children and themselves. On March 28th-29th, during this one and a half days, we listened to Director Li of Dengfeng Municipal Bureau and Mr. Tang and Mr. Liu of Zhengzhou Teaching and Research Section's interpretation of "A Guide to Learning and Development for Children Aged 3-6". Here's what I thought after listening:
First of all, the guide pays attention to the operability of teachers. Compared with the outline, the guide is more specific, detailed and instructive. The Guide not only divides children's learning and development into five areas: health, language, society, science and art, but also divides each area into several aspects according to the most basic and important content of children's learning and development. Each aspect consists of two parts: learning and development goals and educational suggestions. In the part of learning and development goals, reasonable expectations are put forward for children aged 3-4, 4-5 and 5-6, what they should know, what they can do and what level of development they can achieve. This meticulous vertical deepening gives our front-line teachers a systematic theoretical basis when implementing teaching in various fields. The educational suggestion part of the Guide lists some specific methods of educating young children and puts forward clear requirements for adults. Read the guide and tell us what to do and how to do it.
Secondly, the guide focuses on the development of children's learning. If we only pay attention to the knowledge goal, we ignore the cultivation of children's sustainable development characters such as self-control, caring for others, being willing to get along with others, positive optimism, independence, curiosity, positive cognitive style, positive learning attitude and cautious behavior. Then this kind of early childhood education is flawed. Now with the guidance of the guide, I have made it clear that kindergarten teachers should not only "teach" but also "educate" Beijing.
The historical background, orientation and how to understand the Guide are explained in detail from the overview part of the Guide, in which the nature, orientation and orientation of the Guide and the relationship between the Guide and the Outline are clearly explained. The syllabus is aimed at kindergartens, and the guide includes teachers, parents and society. The guide is microscopic, and the educational suggestions in the learning target content are concrete and operable. We can't simply think of the guide as a refinement of the outline, and some content guides are not.
The guide puts forward the development level that children should reach at each stage, but in our actual work, not all children our teacher meets can reach the same level at the same time. There are individual differences among children, and some children are obviously higher or lower than their due development level. As teachers, we should treat children with peace of mind, allow them to have such differences, and patiently encourage, guide and help them in various ways so that every child can get better development.
By listening to the interpretation of the Guide to Learning and Development for Children Aged 3-6, I have a better understanding of children's voices. Director Li said: "Whether in primary school, junior high school or senior high school, their foundation starts from kindergarten, so it is very important to cultivate children's routines. Let me recall some educational ideas and implementation methods in previous education and teaching. Through comparison, I also found some shortcomings and places that need to be corrected. In the past, we used to combine the contents of the syllabus for education and teaching. However, due to the lack of in-depth understanding of the development of children's knowledge and skills at all ages, we could never find suitable educational methods and methods, which made it particularly difficult to locate goals in various fields of teaching design. Therefore, in this lecture, Teacher Fan introduced in detail the subdivision objectives and contents of various fields in the Guide, and gave relevant examples for children of different ages. She also integrated her own relevant experience and unique insights into the interpretation of the guide, which gave me a new understanding of the basic laws and characteristics of children aged 3-6!
Because children are the hope of the family and the future of the motherland. It is not easy to build our "future stars" and make them shine more. Now with the guidance of the Guide, when we live and study with children, as teachers, we should first understand the laws of children's physical and mental development, bend down from the perspective of children's development, listen to their voices, understand their needs and give them the care they really need. In my study, I found that everything we talk about is what we do, learn and study in our daily work now. Only by putting everything in place and finishing it seriously and responsibly can we improve our quality and work experience and achieve better teaching results.

Through this lecture, I further learned that in the process of education and teaching, we should pay attention to the integrity of children's learning and development, respect the individual differences of children's development, understand children's learning methods and characteristics, and attach importance to children's learning quality.
