How does the school strengthen management to make students physically and mentally healthy?

With the continuous progress of society, people's understanding of health is increasingly comprehensive and in-depth, and more and more attention is paid to mental health outside the body. The term and content of "physical and mental health" are gradually recognized and understood by people through various channels. Students' physical and mental health education has been incorporated into regular school education, laying a good foundation for children's healthy and smooth growth. Primary school students are in a critical period of physical and mental development. Therefore, in primary education, students' physical and mental education is the most important. In recent years, the school has set up the topic "Study on the Strategy of School Education Promoting Students' Physical and Mental Health Development". In view of this topic, our school has carried out various studies and discussions. Here are my main practices and experiences: First, cultivate students to develop good study habits. Mr. Ye Shengtao, a famous educator, said, "What is education? To put it simply, just one sentence is to form good habits. "Learning is a complicated mental work. Some people have high learning efficiency and strong learning ability, while others have the opposite. In fact, there is not an intellectual gap between them, but the difference between good and bad study habits. Study habits have a direct impact on students' study. Good study habits are an important factor to promote students' academic performance. Good study habits are formed, and students will benefit for life. Confucius, a famous thinker, said: "If teenagers are natural, habits become natural. "Primary school is a critical period for children to form various good habits. Therefore, only by cultivating students' good study habits can students develop physically and mentally healthily. 1. Cultivate students' habit of previewing. Teachers and researchers in our school often say, "There is no class without preview. "So, I will arrange for students to preview each text in advance. I remind my classmates to mark the serial number of each natural paragraph and underline the good words and sentences when previewing; Read the text and write down your feelings in the blank; Put a question mark where you don't understand; Use the time before class to exchange reading gains with classmates. Communication is not always in class. After all, the class time is limited, so I make full use of the time before class and let the group cooperate and communicate. In class, I leave more time for all my classmates. In this way, there will be more time to solve key and difficult problems in class. 2. Cultivate students' good reading habits, and Chinese learning cannot be limited to small classes. Only by establishing the concept of big Chinese, constructing the combination of in-class and out-of-class and creating a broad Chinese learning space for students can the efficiency of Chinese learning be effectively improved. Therefore, I organize students to do extensive extracurricular reading to broaden their horizons. As long as the students have a good book, let the whole class take turns reading it. I also borrow a lot of books from the school library on a regular basis, one for each person. After reading it, encourage the whole class to exchange views, ensure sufficient resources and constantly supplement new resources, and advocate * * * resource sharing. At the same time, I set up a "reading garden" in the corner of the classroom, where students can show their favorite paragraphs, chapters or reading experiences, communicate with each other and create a "reading" environment. 3. Cultivate students' accumulated good habits. There is a famous saying: "Wisdom lies in learning, and genius lies in accumulation. "Teachers should not only teach students to learn, but also teach students to accumulate. Students learn through accumulation. Therefore, accumulation is learning. When you learn to accumulate, you learn to learn. Therefore, accumulation is the most important thing in learning. Cultivating students' good study habits can not be ignored. In class, when learning every text, I ask students to draw good words and sentences, communicate them in the class first, and then accumulate them in a special book. After class, I use the book "Reading Notes" issued by the school to let students extract a good article every week and accumulate good words and sentences in the article. Wang Yinglin once said in the Song Dynasty: "Every inch of silk is piled up, and every inch is piled up." The more you accumulate, the more you learn. 4. Cultivate students' habit of writing diary "Chinese". As the name implies, "language" means that "writing" means writing articles. Learning Chinese requires not only learning, speaking and writing. "Writing" is a key and difficult point in Chinese. "Practice writing more" is the requirement of the new curriculum standard for writing. Chinese comes from life, and life serves Chinese. Life is the material of homework. I insist that students write a note every day, no matter how long it is, so as to inspire students to observe life carefully, feel life with heart and accumulate life materials. Second, a variety of incentive evaluations promote the healthy development of students' body and mind. As the saying goes, "Good words warm three winters, and bad words hurt people in June." A philosopher in the west once said, "A man will not sell his life to you, but will give his life to you in exchange for a colorful ribbon." It can be seen that the role of incentives is great. Everyone wants to be inspired by others, let alone children. There are inevitably various differences among students. I face up to the differences between students, and I don't abuse or discriminate against students with poor grades. Instead, we take various incentive measures to stimulate students' enthusiasm for learning. 1. Establish "Excellence Award" and "Progress Award" for students' academic performance. The "Excellence Award" is out of reach for students with poor academic performance. In order to encourage poor students, I set up the "Progress Award". How happy it is for students with poor academic performance to win the prize. Everyone wants to win the prize, so no matter whether they are good students or poor students, they can win the prize as long as they work hard. Why not? Through these incentives, I found that most students are making progress. 2. Comments: "The king of handwritten newspapers asks students to make a handwritten newspaper on holidays, or after learning some texts, extend it after class and ask students to make a handwritten newspaper with relevant contents. In each issue, some good ones will be selected and rated as "the king of handwritten newspapers" to show their works. I found that some students who couldn't finish their homework in time were also included in the "king of handwritten newspapers". From then on, their homework can be finished in time. This is really a welcome change! 3. Set up a "work exhibition area" and set up a "work exhibition area" on the wall of the classroom. Show students beautiful calligraphy, neat homework and excellent exercises every week. This is an incentive for good students and a beautiful edification for poor students. In addition to these incentives, I also pay attention to motivational language evaluation, and also teach students to appreciate and motivate others. In short, motivation runs through the whole process of education and teaching. 3. Feel the beauty, please the beauty of body and mind, please people's body and mind, make people in an excited state, and thus produce unexpected creativity. It is not enough to guide students to feel beauty only in classroom teaching. After all, it is abstract. Therefore, we should also guide students to discover and feel the beauty in life. Only when students are happy physically and mentally can they feel the beauty of life and study happily. Right in front of our classroom is the playground. In front of the classroom is a row of evergreen trees, which are beautifully trimmed. On the edge of the playground is a lush banyan tree, which is a good place for birds to live. At dusk, it is noisy and lively. In front of the playground is a row of mango trees, which are particularly cute when they grow mangoes. I often guide students to observe them, discover their beauty and feel their beauty. Students feel beautiful, but also say beautiful sentences. This is also the accumulation of life materials. In a word, I use all available beauty to please students' body and mind. An educator once said, "Without water, there can be no pond, no feelings, no love, and no education." Under the influence of love, students' body and mind have been further developed. In the future, I will continue to make unremitting efforts and try better educational strategies to promote the healthy development of students' body and mind.
