The State Press and Publication Administration issued the Notice on Preventing Minors from Addicting to Online Games Again. Requirements of Notice on Preventing Minors from Indulging in Online Games for Online Game Enterprises.
It mainly includes real-name registration system, control of underage game market and payment behavior.
1. Within two months from the implementation date of the Notice on Preventing Minors from Indulging in Online Games, all existing users must complete real-name registration, and users using the same hardware equipment are not allowed to repeatedly use the game experience mode without real-name registration for less than 1 hour within 15 days.
2. Online game enterprises shall not provide game services to any minor from 22: 00 to 8: 00 the next day. The duration of providing game services to minors shall not exceed 3 hours on legal holidays and 1.5 hours at other times.
