Experience of mental health education 140 words

Educational psychology is an interdisciplinary subject between educational science and psychological science. Its research object is the psychological phenomena and laws in the process of education, including various psychological phenomena of the educated and their changing and developing laws, and how educators can effectively educate the educated through these laws. The research of this topic is helpful to promote the development of the whole psychological science and has important guiding significance to educational practice. At the same time, it is also a compulsory course for students majoring in psychology, which occupies an important position in the whole psychological system.

Educational psychology is mainly divided into four modules, one is the essence of learning, the other is the process of learning, the third is the factors affecting learning, and the fourth is teaching and management. Among them, learning and learning theory is one of the core contents of this subject. It not only introduces the essence of learning, but also introduces the learning theories put forward by different schools in detail. I think this part is quite important. This made me start thinking about learning and try to understand how humans learn for the first time. Behaviorism, cognitivism, humanism, constructivism, etc. I have given different explanations for human learning, many of which have aroused my strong opinions.

While admiring and admiring these great psychologists, I learned to look at problems dialectically. The theory they put forward can basically explain a certain problem well, but it is bound to be lacking in some aspects. Careful and in-depth thinking can give us a lot of enlightenment and have important guiding significance for our study. However, at the same time, we can also see that there are still many unsolved mysteries on the road of exploring human learning mechanism.

Regarding the learning process in the cognitive field and the learning process in the behavioral field, I mainly studied six aspects: knowledge learning, learning strategies, ability and creativity training, motor skills learning, learning transfer and moral formation. This is a detailed introduction to the learning process in the cognitive and behavioral fields. These aspects are very practical. And I am personally interested in this aspect, so I like learning this part of knowledge very much.

Mastering knowledge is the main task of students' study and one of the core contents of school education. The definition of knowledge, the experience of learning, the classification of knowledge, the representation of knowledge, and the study of metacognition and concepts have made me have a different understanding of the word "knowledge" and suddenly feel enlightened. Although I think I know what knowledge is before I study, I can't express it in accurate language. After studying educational psychology, I realize that knowledge refers to the information existing in language symbols or the information obtained by the interaction between the subject and the environment and its organizational form. After learning this course, I feel that my professional quality has improved. Some psychological terms and theories can be used to explain some phenomena in my study. Inadvertently, I will connect the theoretical knowledge I have learned with reality and try to understand and explain it from the perspective of educational psychology.

I think the chapter on learning strategies is very important. Although some strategies are often used in our daily study, they have never been systematically considered. After learning, we can systematically understand the strategies we use in learning. At the same time, we can also use this knowledge to guide students' learning strategies and help students who are not good at using learning strategies to find suitable learning strategies, improve learning efficiency and learn more easily and happily.

Intelligence and creativity are important manifestations of individual differences and individualization, and also important factors affecting learning. The cultivation of intelligence and creativity is very important. Among them, I am most interested in the measurement of intelligence. For such abstract intelligence, psychologists have designed one scale after another to quantify and measure the magical intelligence, which makes me feel the charm of psychology. Educational psychology integrates psychology and pedagogy, and applies psychological theory to education, which truly realizes its value. I am also deeply touched by the cultivation of creativity. With the increase of age, creativity seems to decrease. Children have a high level of creativity, while adults have a relatively low level of creativity.

The study of sports skills, the transmission of knowledge and the formation of moral character have also benefited me a lot. For example, I am deeply impressed by the learning set theory of knowledge transfer. Knowing this theory, we can know that in the future study and teaching, we are good at using existing learning stereotypes to promote new learning and problem solving, and at the same time, we can avoid the interference of learning stereotypes on problem solving.
