Judging from your description, the steps of qq cannot be modified. To see the method, open QQ on your mobile phone, then click Dynamic and select Sports. After entering the interface, you can see the steps.
You can also click Search at the top of the message page, enter qq movement, and you can see the number of steps after entering the interface.
