Temporary residence permits need to be handled at the local police station or designated place. The specific procedures are as follows:
1. Fill in the temporary population registration form.
2. Submit the original and photocopy of the floating population ID card, marriage and childbirth certificate and other materials.
3. Submit 2 special photos of temporary residence permit (taken in the photo studio designated by the Public Security Bureau).
To apply for a health certificate, you can go to the nearest disease prevention and control center or the disease prevention and control center in the district where your work unit is located for a physical examination. Those who pass the physical examination can obtain a health certificate.
The applicant shall submit the following materials
1, resident identity card (original);
2. Health examination report or health examination form;
3. Two bareheaded 1 inch photos;
4. Foreign employees must hold the Marriage and Childbearing Certificate of Floating Population.
