Three articles on self-appraisal of nursing orthopedics 1 I have been practicing for five months in a blink of an eye. In these five months, pain and happiness coexist, and the biggest pain is physical fatigue-in traumatic orthopedic surgery, there are many cases of limb fractures, and in limb fractures, lower limb fractures are particularly common. Fracture is classified according to different angles. According to whether the broken end of the fracture is exposed to the outside world, the fracture can be divided into closed fracture and open fracture, in which the open fracture must be surgically reduced, while the closed fracture can decide whether it needs open reduction according to the situation of manual reduction and the severity of the disease.
I face patients with more or less physical or psychological disabilities, so as a therapist, I should care about them with enough love and understand their inner world. Only in this way can I quickly build a bridge to communicate with patients and make my treatment in a relaxed and happy environment. However, the rehabilitation effect of patients with brain trauma, cerebrovascular accident and cerebral palsy is often very slow, so the therapist should be self-aware and not impatient. In this process, he should patiently communicate with patients and explain the situation.
I do all the operations under the guidance of the teacher. Master the nursing knowledge before and after orthopedic surgery, as well as the nursing measures for patients with plaster external fixation and traction, the rehabilitation knowledge of hip and knee replacement, and the knowledge of orthopedic surgery. The method of turning over for patients with skull traction and spinal fracture was demonstrated on the spot, and I was asked to participate in functional exercise and orthopedic disease health education for paralyzed patients.
Details determine success or failure. I remember that in the process of treating a patient, I didn't notice a detail, which made the original meaningful action meaningless. The teacher pointed it out to me after seeing it. Later, I learned that every movement has details that need attention, and if you ignore this detail, it will only make your movement meaningless, and it will also make the patient's treatment cycle longer and longer, thus making your whole treatment fail. So after practice, I deeply realized the significance.
I feel that my goal is clearer and more motivated. I believe that as long as I work hard, I will do better and help more patients.
In the autumn of 2XX-XX, I came to the bright pearl of Liuxi River-XX Industrial Injury Rehabilitation Hospital as an internship. When I first stepped into this hot land, the enthusiasm of hospital staff, the young but mature professional skills and high quality of teachers, and the evaluation and feelings of patients made me quickly integrate into this warm family and filled me with infinite respect for her. I deeply know why I came and what I should do after I came. What should I summarize after the internship? What should I do after I think about it? After nearly 8 months of study and the guidance of teachers, I have the basic conditions to step into society. The following is my experience.
1, focusing on the learning of "methods" in practice. The rehabilitation hospital for work-related injuries focuses on adult rehabilitation and is divided into three sections: orthopedic rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation and burn rehabilitation. Because I have practical experience in nursing practice, I can fully demonstrate and pay close attention to basic skills training, find out the similarities of different medical records of the same disease (for example, patients with spinal cord injury and hemiplegia are good examples), use the special learning methods of general surgeons, systematically summarize a disease by combining basic medicine, clinical medicine and rehabilitation orthopedics nursing practice, and be diligent in asking questions, giving inferences and writing good practices. One-on-one training for vascular surgical therapists in Shandong Provincial Hospital gave me a summary of nursing practice in my study and progress in my work. The professional books and materials in the hospital library provide me with a good place for brain surgery in Beijing Tiantan Hospital and a platform for seeking knowledge. I should make full use of resources and learn to be good at grasping them.
2. Have the qualities that a rehabilitation therapist should have. Patients often ask me, "You rehabilitation doctors and clinicians are really different. Aren't you tired of helping us move every day? " I smiled at them and thought to myself: we have the same goal as clinicians. Einstein said, "Love is the best teacher", which is well reflected in the rehabilitation therapists in the hospital. So the first thing is to love your major, and every business study in rehabilitation department is basically full. The therapist's questioning and teaching all reflect his open-minded learning attitude, rigorous work style and scientific attitude of seeking truth. It is worth learning and doing. For eight months, I didn't see a therapist who was late for work and left early. When treating one patient after another, they take it seriously and tell us knowledge, which fully embodies their spirit of being brave in suffering and good ideological quality.
3. Learn the ability to solve problems. In the internship, we have the dual identities of interns and doctors. For the status quo and prognosis of hospital patients, most of them are poor, especially those with sci, hi, cva and burns, and most of them are young and middle-aged, who will treat us as good friends and say something from the heart. Facing these patients, we need to know where we are, how you will answer him, what he will think in the future, and what kind of problems will it bring him, good or bad? But this is worth thinking about and saying responsibly. This is the principle of being a doctor. Therefore, under the guidance of teachers, combined with our own personal experience, we should learn to be good at observing faces and colors, learn the ability to communicate with patients, learn the ability to deal with unexpected accidents or situations, and learn the ability to think logically. You should know more about these knowledge, laws and regulations. For example, work-related injury patients consult work-related injury identification and compensation. It shows that we should learn to correctly handle the relationship between doctors and patients, so that patients can get maximum rehabilitation.
4. Dare to try and innovate. The industrial injury rehabilitation hospital is the first professional rehabilitation hospital in China. This is a bold attempt and a success. It's like we innovate in our work and try to treat patients in new ways. Of course, this is the result of experience accumulation and theoretical transmission. This method has no side effects and negative effects on patients. Young people are at the peak of their entrepreneurial and learning abilities. I want to do a good job in professional basic skills, integrate theory with practice, and improve my scientific research ability and technical level in combination with the present situation.
Self-evaluation of nursing orthopedics: Time flies. It has been half a year since I entered a hospital in XX-X and became an orthopedic nurse. Since graduation, I have been devoted to my study and work with rigorous attitude and positive enthusiasm, with both the joy of success and the bitterness of failure. After clinical contact, I found that I should not only have a solid theory, skilled clinical operation and good professional ethics, but also cultivate my patience and love. The six-month use period is coming to an end, but I will be more strict with myself. I hereby declare the following:
Highly motivated ideologically, brave in criticism and self-criticism, and established a correct outlook on life and values. Can strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the hospital, actively participate in various activities organized by hospitals and departments, respect leaders and unite colleagues.
I am strict with myself in my study. With a strong pursuit of the goal and knowledge of becoming an excellent angels in white, I studied hard, studied hard, had a correct attitude and a clear goal, basically mastered some professional knowledge and operational skills, mastered specialist knowledge and various specialist nursing operations, and integrated theory with practice. In addition to learning professional knowledge, we also pay attention to the expansion of all aspects of knowledge, extensively dabble in other disciplines, and improve ideological and cultural quality.
Actively cooperate with superiors and colleagues at work, correctly implement the doctor's advice and various nursing technical operating procedures, do a good job in basic nursing, and strictly implement aseptic operation and the system of three checks and seven pairs. Find problems, report them in time and solve them in time. I can integrate theory with practice in my work, and I can consult the head nurse and senior teachers in time if I don't understand any questions, so as to improve my professional level. Treat patients with civility and courtesy, behave in a civilized and kind manner, be anxious about patients' worries and think about patients' thoughts. Actively communicate with patients, timely understand the psychological dynamics of patients, so that patients can receive better treatment and do a good job in health education.
In my life, I have developed good living habits, lived a full and orderly life, and managed my daily life with a rigorous and positive attitude. I am warm and generous, honest and trustworthy, ready to help others, and have my own balance principle. I can live in harmony with my colleagues and actively participate in various extracurricular activities, thus constantly enriching my work experience and life.
Put limited life into unlimited medical work. In the future work, I will study harder, make continuous progress, constantly improve my professional and technical level, and make my theoretical knowledge and operational skills by going up one flight of stairs, so as to better serve patients. Strive to be an excellent nursing staff, worthy of the glorious title of angels in white!
