Why is our bed so dirty?
First of all, most of the sheets we go out are made of "dust-absorbing" materials, and furry fabrics, such as coral wool, blankets and wool, are more likely to accumulate dust. Then life in the sea will have many habits. If you don't change clothes for a long time, you will forget how long. Wear a coat and trousers and go straight to bed; Don't take a bath before going to bed; Keep cats and dogs, put them to sleep, etc. These things will make you suck out a bunch of dirty things in bed, sleep with these dirty things every day, and feel itchy when you think about it.
So what's in this "dirty thing"?
Because it is in the "bed", it may carry wool, dander, dust and other dirty things. There is a little thing called dust mite, which may bring a lot of bad things. Like dust mite asthma, allergic rhinitis and allergic dermatitis in allergic reactions, 80% are related to dust mites. Dust mites are also one of the chief culprits of recurrent eczema in children. If the disease is not well controlled, it may further evolve into adult atopic dermatitis.
How to eradicate dust mites
It is very difficult to eradicate dust mites. For patients who are not allergic to dust mites, the most recommended method is to regularly clean the dust in every corner of the house, clothes and bedding, keep the bed clean and sanitary, and reduce the chance of contact with dust mites. We will pay more attention to changing sheets and quilts, but mattresses are a place that is easily overlooked and loves to accumulate dust. Even in a tidy bedroom, there may be thousands of mites and bacteria on each mattress. But cleaning the mattress is a super big project. Tired, but probably not clean.
Therefore, we must put the bed in a ventilated place, so that we can clean the mattress more conveniently. In any case, keeping the bed clean is the basic guarantee of our health.
