Health care workers
Definition: People who use basic medical nursing knowledge and skills to provide health care and life care for nursing objects in families, hospitals, communities and other places.
Main tasks:
1. Observe and find common health problems and diseases (critical symptoms) of nursing objects, and put forward corresponding prevention, rehabilitation and nursing measures, or put forward suggestions for sending doctors;
2. Observe and find common psychological problems of clients, and provide simple psychological consultation and supportive nursing measures;
3. Take care of the daily life, cleanliness, sleep and daily activities of the elderly, provide reasonable diet and appropriate activities, provide safety care to prevent accidental injuries, and provide hospice care measures for the dying elderly;
4. Take care of the daily life of pregnant women, provide healthy life care with reasonable nutrition and appropriate exercise according to individual physical and mental characteristics, and promote breastfeeding and postpartum rehabilitation;
5. Take care of the baby's daily life and activities, and provide feeding, excretion, bathing, touching, sleeping, growth promotion and mental health care measures;
6. Take care of patients' daily life, cleaning and daily activities, provide reasonable diet and appropriate activities, supervise and assist caregivers to take medicine and treat on time according to the doctor's advice;
7. Provide clean living environment, reasonable nutritious diet and popularization of health knowledge for caring families.
