File query process
On July 1 day, 2022, the residents' function of Healthy Jining APP was moved to the official account of WeChat (i.e. official account of WeChat, pre-registered for nucleic acid detection), and electronic health records were opened to residents. Residents can check personal health records, physical examination records, chronic disease follow-up records, prenatal follow-up records, etc. If it is necessary to update the personal information of health records, they can modify and improve it themselves.
First of all, we need to pay attention to
"Health Jining Service Number" WeChat official account
Open WeChat, search for "Healthy Jining Service Number", or add a sign "Sweep" in the upper right corner, aim at the QR code below and scan, then you can enter the official WeChat account of "Healthy Jining Service" and click "Follow the official WeChat account".
Click Medical Services in the navigation bar below the official WeChat account.
In the epidemic prevention and control section, click Register for full-time nucleic acid detection.
Complete the personal information of nucleic acid detection and complete the registration of electronic health management card.
How to use the official WeChat account to query health records?
After the pre-registration of nucleic acid detection is successful, click to enter the "medical service" page, select the "health service" function, and click "health file". After face recognition, you can query personal basic information, health examination, chronic disease follow-up, prenatal follow-up and so on.

3, click on the health record.
4. Enter the face recognition module and follow the prompts.
5. After successful face recognition, you can view health records and personal physical examination information.
6. When personal information in health records needs to be updated, it can be modified and improved.
