Health food nutrition pagoda

According to the dietary guidelines of China residents, the pagoda of balanced diet has five floors. It contains the main types of food that we should eat every day. The location and area of each floor of the pagoda are different to reflect the position and proportion of various foods in the diet.

The first floor: cereal, each person should eat 250 g-400 g every day; (bottom)

The second floor: vegetables and fruits, each person should eat 300g-500g and 200 g-400 g every day;

The third floor: animal foods such as fish, poultry, meat and eggs, each person should eat 125g-225g (50g- 100g of fish and shrimp, 50g-75g of livestock and poultry meat and 25g-50g); of eggs) every day;

The fourth layer: milk and beans, each person should eat milk and dairy products equivalent to 300g fresh milk and products equivalent to 30g-50g dried beans every day;

The fifth floor: edible oil and salt. The edible oil should not exceed 25g or 30g and the salt should not exceed 6g per person per day. (Tower top)
