Network abbreviation ptsd

PTSD is short for post-traumatic stress disorder.

As a network term, it has two meanings. First, when you see a star who has hurt yourself or liked it, you will start to make up the drama of being killed;

Second, it refers to an influential thing, which is still hot and topical after a long time. As long as people see such topics, they can't help but see relevant scenes and contents in their minds, and they will feel anxious and irritable, and their symptoms are just like those of ptsd patients.

Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) refers to a mental disorder in which an individual experiences, witnesses or encounters one or more actual deaths involving himself or others, or is threatened with death, or is seriously injured, or his physical integrity is threatened, resulting in his delayed appearance and persistence. There are different reports about the incidence of post-traumatic stress disorder, and women are more likely to suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder than men.

Biological factors (such as genetic factors, neuroendocrine factors, neurobiochemical factors, etc. Among them, major traumatic events are the basic conditions of PTSD, which is extremely unpredictable.

Treatment:

According to the current evidence-based medicine, psychotherapy is the most effective method to radically cure PTSD. Psychotherapy commonly used in PTSD includes cognitive behavioral therapy, hypnosis therapy, eye movement desensitization reprocessing, psychoanalysis therapy and so on. The effect of drug therapy on relieving patients' symptoms and strengthening psychotherapy is positive, and the combination of the two should be the first choice.

Prevention methods:

Post-traumatic stress disorder usually occurs within a few days to half a year after the traumatic event, and the course of the disease lasts at least 1 month, which can last for months or years, and in some cases even decades. Among them, acute PTSD occurred within 3 months, chronic PTSD occurred more than 3 months, and delayed PTSD occurred at least 6 months after traumatic events.

If some psychological evaluation tools can be used to evaluate the mental health status of individuals after traumatic events, it will help to screen out the high-risk groups of PTSD and provide effective intervention strategies for the high-risk groups.
