In order to implement the Notice of the Provincial Command on Further Strengthening the Norms and Requirements of Centralized and Home Isolation Medical Observation in our province (Hei Ban Fa [202 1] 162) and the Notice on Dynamically Adjusting the Code Transcoding Rules of Longjiang Health Code (Hei Ban Fa [202 1]226) and the Notice on Establishing a Long-term Mechanism for Screening Risk Personnel, And the Notice on Accurately Doing a Good Job in the Prevention and Control of Epidemic Situation of Returned Persons in Spring Festival travel rush in 2022 (Hei Ban Fa [2022] No.25) and other relevant regulations, the Municipal Command decided to adjust the control measures for risk personnel in our city and transcode the Longjiang Health Code. I. Control measures for close contacts and sub-close contacts.
(1) Carry out "centralized isolation medical observation 14 days (nucleic acid detection on 1 4, 7 and 14 days respectively)+home health monitoring for 7 days (nucleic acid detection on the 2nd and 7th days respectively or appropriately increase the detection frequency (interval ≥24 hours).
(2) For sub-close contacts, the control measures of "7-day centralized isolation medical observation (nucleic acid detection on 1, 4 and 7 days respectively) +7-day home health monitoring (nucleic acid detection on 2 and 7 days respectively or appropriately increasing the detection frequency (interval ≥24 hours)" were implemented.
