What does good health mean?

8, teeth clean, no "worm teeth" (dental caries), normal gum color, no bleeding.

9, the hair is shiny, no dandruff.

10, muscular and elastic skin.

Other signs: good appetite, no excessive fatigue after exertion, good and fast recovery after rest.

Grade your "physique":

(1) Standing on one foot with eyes closed: 1 min or more, 10; More than 40 seconds and 8 points; Deduct 5 points for more than 30 seconds; /kloc-3 points will be deducted for more than 0/5 second; Score over 5 seconds 1.

(2) Climbing stairs: (choose to climb five floors three times at the first speed 1 sec) without any fatigue, and get 10; Slight leg acid breathing does not change much, 8 points; 5 points will be deducted for obvious changes in heartbeat and breathing; Deduct 3 points if you feel obviously unable to walk on the way; There was an obvious intermittent rest on the way, and the score was 1.

(3) The number of exercises per week: twice 1 hour, the score is 10; 1 hour activity 8 points; Accumulate 1 hour activities and get 5 points; Deduct 3 points for activities less than 1 hour; Only those who simply move get 1 point.

(4) Recent energy: (self-feeling) 10; You can also get 8 points; Generally get 5 points; Not very good, get 3 points; No, 1 minute.

(5) Jogging: half an hour 10; 20 to 25 minutes and 8 minutes; 15 to 20 minutes and 5 minutes; 10 to 15 minutes and 3 minutes; 1 min if it takes less than 00 minutes.

More than 45 points, good physique; You get 40 to 44 points, and your physique is better; If your score is higher than 35, your physique is average; Below 34 points, your physique is poor; If your score is less than 20 points, it means that your physical problem is too big.
