People are divided into nine constitutions and sit accordingly. Chinese medicine teaches you how to eat to be healthy.

1, peace and quality

Common manifestations: harmony of yin and yang, harmony of qi and blood, rosy complexion, full of energy, normal defecation, red tongue, thin and white fur, and strong pulse.

Diet should be diversified, not partial eclipse, not too hungry and too full, not too cold and too hot.

2. Qi deficiency

Common manifestations: weak voice, shortness of breath, laziness, fatigue, hyperhidrosis, red tongue, teeth marks on the edge of the tongue and weak pulse.

Eat more foods such as millet, yam, potato, jujube, mushrooms, chicken and so on, and eat less gas-consuming foods such as raw radish.

3. Yang deficiency

Common manifestations: chills, tepid hands and feet, preference for hot food, listlessness, pale and tender tongue and slow pulse.

It is advisable to eat mutton, dog meat, venison and chicken with isothermal food, and eat less cold food such as watermelon.

4. Yin deficiency

Common manifestations: fever in hands and feet, dry mouth and throat, slightly dry nose, preference for cold drinks, dry stool, red tongue, scanty body fluid and rapid pulse.

Eat more cool and nourishing foods such as pears, lilies, tremella, papaya, spinach, figs, rock sugar, chrysanthemums, and eat less spicy dry products.

5. Phlegm dampness

Common manifestations: greasy, sweaty and sticky facial skin, chest tightness and phlegm, sticky or sweet mouth, fat and sticky appetite, greasy fur and slippery pulse.

Should eat less sweet greasy, eat more white radish, onion, ginger, ginkgo, red beans and other light food.

6. Damp heat

Common manifestations: greasy face, prone to acne, bitter mouth and dry mouth, heavy drowsiness, sticky or dry stool, short and yellow urine, wet cheeks, red tongue, yellow and greasy fur and slippery pulse.

Eat more tomatoes, cucumbers, mung beans, celery, coix seed, bitter gourd and so on. Avoid greasy food, drink less and eat less seafood.

7. Blood stasis

Common manifestations: dull complexion, pigmentation, prone to ecchymosis, dull lips, dull or petechial tongue, dull or thickened sublingual collaterals and unsmooth pulse.

Always eat foods that promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis, such as loofah and peach kernel, and drink a little and be jealous.

8. qi stagnation

Common manifestations: low mood, fragile mood, melancholy, pale red tongue, thin white fur and thready pulse.

Drink less and improve your mood by promoting blood circulation. Eat more popular foods, such as bergamot, orange, orange peel, buckwheat, leek, fennel, garlic and so on.

9. Special quality

It mainly includes allergic constitution, hereditary disease constitution and other common manifestations such as sneezing and runny nose.

Eat more foods that benefit qi and strengthen the exterior, such as glutinous rice, red dates and bird's nest, and eat less buckwheat, which contains allergens such as buckwheat fluorescein and broad beans.
