Notice on orderly resumption of urban public transport operation
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the novel coronavirus Prevention and Control Plan, combined with the current needs of public transport epidemic prevention and control work in Tongliang District, with the approval of the Tongliang District Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters, the public transport operation service will be resumed in an orderly manner from 0: 00 on February 2, 2022. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
I. Business recovery
1. Urban bus lines and urban and rural bus lines resumed operation in an orderly manner. For some bus lines and vehicles passing through the control area, stop-throwing operation measures are taken. At the initial stage of resumption of operation, the frequency of bus departures will be gradually restored, and the full load rate of buses passing through the control area will be strictly controlled below 50%.
2. Intercity bus lines will not be restored temporarily.
3. The rural passenger lines in this area resumed operation in an orderly manner. Passenger buses are prohibited from getting on and off passengers in the control area.
4. Inter-county class lines and inter-provincial class lines will not be restored temporarily.
Taxis and hitchhiking will resume operation in this area in an orderly way. It is strictly forbidden to operate across districts and counties, pick up and drop off passengers and carpool in controlled areas.
Second, the requirements of epidemic prevention and control for automobiles
Passengers are required to show their health codes, and drivers and passengers must wear masks regularly all the time. Those who don't wear masks are not allowed to take buses and buses, and those in red team are not allowed to take taxis and hitchhike.
Three, the operating vehicle epidemic prevention and control requirements
According to the provisions of the "Guidelines for the Prevention and Control of COVID-19 Epidemic in Passenger Stations and Vehicles" issued by the Ministry of Transport, combined with the principle of "one trip disinfection" and "one trip cleaning", the disinfection, ventilation and cleaning of urban public transport vehicles in the whole region will be strictly implemented to effectively create a healthy and safe riding environment.
